General terms and conditions

1. Overview

All treatments by the therapists Besarta Kukelaj and Viola Strebel (hereinafter referred to as 'therapists') are carried out in consultation with the patient, who is obliged to provide the therapists with truthful information about his or her state of health and the consequences of the treatment.

2. Disclaimer

If, despite professional application, consequential damage occurs that is based on hidden reasons for exclusion on the part of the patient, therapists are released from all liability. The same applies to damage caused by a reason for exclusion that was unknown to the patient and not recognizable to the therapists.

3. Appointment cancellation

In the event of appointment changes or cancellations, please inform us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations by email, WhatsApp or Combox are valid as long as the 24 hours are observed. If cancellations are made too late, the full amount for the booked appointment will be charged.

4. Massage time / Delay

The massage time also includes the time for clothes change. Please understand that your appointment time will be shortened if you arrive late. The appointment ends on time so that the next patient does not have to wait.

5. Treatment

The treatment is based on the current state of knowledge. No liability is accepted due to different treatment methods.

6. Confidentiality

All treatments are subject to confidentiality by the therapists.

7. Protection of data privacy

The provided health informations are treated with the utmost confidentiality. All customer data is treated confidentially and is neither passed on nor sold to third parties.

8. Prices / Payment

The services can be paid via Twint, by invoice or in cash. All prices are binding and stated in Swiss francs. If you have additional insurance, please find out in advance whether and how much of the treatment costs will be covered. For customers without additional insurance, we offer subscriptions of 5 and 10 sessions.

9. Vouchers and validity

Vouchers can be purchased in the practice and paid for in cash. You can also order vouchers by email or telephone. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
To redeem the voucher, please select the appropriate service ('Redeem voucher') on the website. The voucher must be brought to the appointment. If the appointment cannot be kept, the customer must cancel it within the specified deadlines. If the appointment is not cancelled within the specified deadline, the voucher is considered as redeemed and no longer valid.

References and links to third-party websites are outside our area of responsibility. We reject any responsibility for such websites. Access to and use of such websites is at the user's own risk.
